Submit a Help Ticket

If you have read the FAQ's, watched the instructional videos and read the how to guides, and still require assistance, please complete a Help Ticket.

Submit a Help Ticket and you will be assigned an Ecologist for general assistance, help with ecological survey techniques, and sampling requirements or a Technician for technical assistance with the Monitor app.

Once your ticket has been submitted you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt. We will provide a response within two working days (SA public holidays excepted).

Providing a link to your project helps us with troubleshooting. If you do not have a project link put N/A
Build, Version and Git hash details can be copied directly from the side menu of your Monitor App. This information helps our tech team identify the cause of reported issues
When including a screenshot of a sync error or issue please include the whole screen.
You can usually find this information by going to 'Settings' then 'About Device'
Please check this box if you expect to be in the field or otherwise unreachable in the near future
